Description
Gesiva Medical tension rings are designed to exert pressure on the internal blood vessels of the penis so that a minimum amount of tension is used to maintain an erection. The “U” shaped notch at the bottom of the tension ring is designed to allow for ejaculation. Because of the personal nature of this product, it cannot be returned for a refund.

Tips and Tricks for Tension Rings
How to choose the right tension ring? First, you want to use the lowest level or tension necessary to maintain your erection. Every man is different so measuring the penis will not necessarily prove a reliable indicator of the size tension ring you need. If you are new to the Gesiva Medical tension rings, you can start with a sample pack that includes one of each ring. This will allow you to try our rings to see which one is best for you. How to use the tension rings? Tension rings need to be loaded onto the cylinder of a vacuum device before you start the process of creating an erection. Once you have created the erection, the tension ring is then transferred to your erect penis. Tension rings may remain on the penis for NO MORE than 30 minutes. Warning! Leaving tension rings in place for more than 30 minutes can cause damage to your penis!
How to load the tension ring onto the cylinder? Larger tension rings can usually be loaded onto the cylinder of the vacuum device by simply stretching the rings with your hands. Be careful though, as over stretching the rings can cause them to break prematurely. Smaller tension rings typically need to be loaded onto the cylinder using a ring-loading device such as the one that comes with the Gesiva Medical Vacuum Therapy System. Click here to see that item. To use a ring-loading device, you place the cylinder on a flat, level surface and insert the ring-loading device into the smaller end of the cylinder. Lubricant is then liberally applied to the ring-loading device so that the tension ring easily slides down the ring loader and is positioned on the cylinder.
How to remove tension rings? Warning! Tension rings MAY NOT be left on the penis for more than 30 minutes. Leaving tension rings in place for more than 30 minutes may cause damage to your penis. Tension rings generally have tabs or extensions that can be pulled to reduce the tension the rings place on the penis. In most cases, pulling gently on the tabs reduces tension enough that the penis becomes flaccid again. In some cases, you may need to apply lubricant in front of the tension ring. This makes it easier to slip the tension ring off of the penis. Laying down on your back while pulling the tabs can also help make it easier to remove the tension ring.
How long do tension rings last? An average tension ring will generally last from 4-6 uses. In comparison, Gesiva Medical tension rings are made of medical grade silicone and they typically last 2 to 3 times longer than tension rings offered by our competitors. Our tension rings are also generally less expensive. If you would like to give our tension rings a try, you can order a set here. We think you will be happy!
